It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish percentage off contract for the purchase of Ford parts for the City of Rochester’s owned fleet.
The City requests an hourly rate to do mechanical repairs to all city owned Ford vehicles, including but not limited to: sedans, light, medium, and heavy duty vehicles.
The City request an hourly rate and material cost to paint and clear coat new bolt on body parts, including but not limited to fenders, hoods, doors, bumper covers, and mirrors. Paint times will be from an Industry recognized crash estimating guide. After painting the vendor will repackage parts to prevent damage during delivery and storage.
The City will be awarding a Primary and Secondary vendor for this contract. In the event the Primary vendor is unable is unable meet the terms of the contract for any reason the City has the option to use the secondary vendor for these services.
