It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for Fuel Station Maintenance Services at various buildings owned, rented, leased, or otherwise controlled by the City.
The services will include the repair, maintenance, upgrading, inspections, and updating of the City of Rochester’s Fuel systems. To include, but not limited to
the following:
A. Fuel Storage Systems
B. Fuel Dispensing systems
i. Dispensers
ii. Fuel Site Controllers
C. Tank Monitoring systems
D. Electrical systems associated with fueling
E. Plumbing systems associated with fueling
F. DEF Storage / Dispenser system
F. Waste Oil collection / storage system
G. Bulk Oil Storage / Dispenser system
Separate line items for the price of additional Chip Keys and a discount on replacement parts (nozzles, breakaways, chip key readers, touch pads and similar parts) for the City to install is listed on the Proposal page.
The primary users of this contract will be within the Department of Environmental Services; however, other departments, divisions and/or governmental agencies may utilize the contract for the services described herein.
