Description

It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a percentage off contract for the purchase of General Motors parts for the City of Rochester’s owned fleet, and to establish contracts for mechanical repairs and custom painting of bolt on body parts.

The City requests an hourly rate to do mechanical repairs to all city owned GM vehicles, including but not limited to: sedans, light, medium, and heavy duty vehicles.
The City request an hourly rate and material cost to paint and clear coat new bolt on body parts, including but not limited to fenders, hoods, doors, bumper covers, and mirrors. Paint times will be from an Industry recognized crash estimating guide. After painting the contractor will repackage parts to prevent damage during delivery and storage.
