Description

1.1      It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish an annual contract for in-shop welding (Group A) and off-site welding (vendor shop) (Group B) on Central Vehicle Maintenance Facility.

1.2      CLASSIFICATION The repair specified hereunder shall be for all City owned vehicles and equipment.

1.3       Bidder shall acquaint himself with the equipment, locations, accessibility and scope of the work to be done and the conditions under which the services will be performed. Knowledge of the
  equipment and the precise locations at which services are to be performed is the responsibility of the bidder. It will be assumed at the time of bidding that any bidder submitting a bid under
  these specifications has made himself knowledgeable in these regards to his own satisfaction.
