This project will proceed under four (4) Lump Sum Contracts as follows:

Contract A: General Construction (GC) - Estimate: $258,354.00
The base bid work consists of the replacement of windows.
Contract B: Mechanical Contractor (MC) - Estimate: $136,950.00
The base bid work consists of the upgrade and replacement of the existing HVAC equipment.
Contract C: Plumbing (PC) - Estimate $51,400.00
The base bid work consists of the upgrade of the existing Plumbing system.
Contract D: Electrical (EC) - Estimate: $28,000.00
The base bid work consists of the upgrade of the existing electrical system

This Contract Contains and Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements
This Contract Contains New Requirements for NY State Wicks Law
This Contract Contains American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) Funds Requirements
