PROJECT ESTIMATE:

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This Project consists of the improvements on the following streets:
Frederick Street (Helena St to Cleveland St.)
Helena Street (Hudson Ave to North St)
Putnam Street (Helena St to Cleveland St)
Merrimac Street (North St to Portland Ave)
Wilson Street (Hudson Ave to North St)

The scope of the work consists of pavement milling and resurfacing, new stone curbs, curb ramps, hazardous sidewalk replacements, driveway aprons, catch basin and manhole adjustments, fiber telecommunication conduit, signage and tree plantings. In addition, replacement of lead water service lines an dinstallation of anodes on Helena Street and are included in the project.

This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents and Apprenticeship Training Requirements

on Fitzhugh Street along the west side of City Hall between the old and new portions of the City Hall
buildings).
