Description

It is the intent of the City of Rochester to make a One Time Purchase of a Gorbel 2-ton monorail system for the Department of Environmental Services, Hemlock plant.

Bidder is expected to create system design customized to department facilities to be approved by staff prior to fabrication. Approval drawings showing runway and support structure dimensions and technical specifications shall be provided for customer review prior to fabrication. Bidder must have local (within 20 miles of Hemlock Water Filtration Plant) factory trained mechanical and electrical service technicians available during normal business hours to meet any potential future servicing or maintenance needs of the system.
