PROJECT ESTIMATE: $156,000.00
CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract.
PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of work consists of providing an overlay of adhered EPDM on the existing SBS-Modified roof system. Edge metal and other roof components to achieve a 20 year (NDL) warranty are included. Strict compliance with the manufacturer requirements and procedures shall be followed. Work is expected to be scheduled to begin in fall 2019.
