PROJECT ESTIMATE: $129,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of removing and replacing the roof, downspouts, and window lexan, relining the gutters, and various joint resealing. Alternates consists of demolishing and reconstructing the chimney and replacing the doors and hardware of the south door of the building.
