CONTRACT TYPE: This project will proceed under three (3) LUMP SUM prime contracts as follows:
General Construction: $1,022,000.00
Mechanical: $161,000.00
Electrical: $370,000
PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work is to provide all labor, materials, services, tools, equipment, transportation, facilities, layout, deliveries, hoisting, rigging, shop drawings, submittals, fees, permits, inspection and coordination with other contractors, necessary to furnish and install complete work as called for on the drawings, specified or as may be reasonably implies as being incidental to this work. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to
Contract A - General Construction: The work consists of the site preparation and installation of a new hardscaped multi-purpose outdoor plaza. Improvements include paving, site graphics, landscaping, and outdoor amenities. The project includes construction for a raised reinforced concrete performance stage, ADA ramp, railings, custom signage, and prefabricated band shelter. The project will include construction for a new freestanding, masonry public restroom building. The interior of the building includes toilets for men and women, changing stations, backflow preventer, tenant storage, prep sinks, and mop sinks. Building to be heated. The exterior of the building will be painted concrete masonry blocks, painted hollow metal doors and frames, vented soffit and continuous gutters. Both buildings to have standing seam metal roofs and cast iron downspouts.
Contract B - Electrical Construction: Furnish and install power equipment, wiring, sensors, outlets and controls for the band shelter building. Furnish and install lighting fixtures and equipment in the public restroom building. Furnish and install connections, conductors and terminations between all power and control components, sensors, and other components of the control system. Furnish and install LED lighting system complete with all related conduit, conductors, and controllers. Fixtures, support brackets and other work as noted.
Contract C - Mechanical Construction: Furnish and install all duction, venting, louvers, clampers, hangers, anchors and connections identified on M drawings. Furnish and install all piping, valves, pumps, equipment, gauges, and fittings identified on P drawings. Related ancillary work required to provide and complete working system.
