PROJECT ESTIMATE: $1,536,082.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The proposed iprovements include: pavement milling and resurfacing, upgrades to curb ramps not meeting ADA guidelines, hazardous concrete sidewalk replacement, adjustment or replacement of catch basin frame and grates and sewer manhole frames and covers, catch basin replacements, restoration of all disturbed lawn areas with topsoil and seed and water work (anodes installation).
