CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.
PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of the removal of large gate valves, miscellaneous pipe fittings and appurtenances, located withn and adjacent to brick masonry vaults: the partial removal and abandonment of the brick masonry vaults and replacement of large gate valves with large butterfly valves, miscellaneous pipe fittings and appurtenances. The butterfly valves will be furnished by the City. This project also includes pavement restoration and some pavement milling and resurfacing as required by the City's enhanced pavement restoration requirments.
