PROJECT ESTIMATE: $3,489,726.00

CONTRACT TYPE:  This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This Project consists of the improvements to Main Street Streetscape & Pedestrian Wayfinding,
Phase II, between Exchange Blvd / State Street to South Ave / St. Paul St.
The scope of the work consists of replacement of the existing streetscape between Exchange
Boulevard / State Street and South Avenue / St. Paul Street. Streetscape improvements include; new
sidewalk, landscaping, streetscape amenities (i.e. bike racks, planters, benches, etc.), green
infrastructure improvements, new street lighting and aesthetic treatments. The project will also include
roadway improvements including, milling and overlay of the existing pavement, minor bridge
rehabilitation of the existing stone masonry and metal railings, new granite curbs, installation of new
concrete recessed parking areas, drainage improvements and replacement of the existing traffic signs
and signals within the project limits. The project will also be installing new pedestrian wayfinding signs

REQUIREMENTS:  This is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project and contains Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Utilization Goals.
