CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This project will consist of maintenance repairs to approximately twenty four (24) bridges under City of Rochester jurisdiction.

REQUIREMENTS:

This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents and Apprenticeship Training Requirements

The Bureau of Purchasing is now open to the public Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Sealed Bids are to be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Room 105-A, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the closing date and time, after which all bids properly received will be opened, read and recorded.
Bids shall be submitted only on the complete Proposal on the form provided by the City. Bids must be submitted in hard copy on the Proposal. Electronic bid submittals through BidNet will not be accepted.
