Bids may be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Room 105A, Rochester, NY 14614, prior to the closing date and time, after which all bids properly received will be opened, read and recorded via Zoom.

Note: Due to the COVID-19 crisis, City Hall is closed to the public. Hard copy bids must be dropped-off in a secured drop-box at City Hall’s Link Entrance located on Fitzhugh Street, Rochester, NY 14614. To ensure your hard copy bid is received and read, clearly write the name of your company as well as the Invitation to Bid number and title on the outside of the sealed envelope.
