Electronic bids submitted through BidNet will not be accepted. Note: due to the COVID 19 crisis seal bids and bid deposits must be dropped-off in a secured drop-box at City Hall’s Link Entrance located on Fitzhugh Street, Rochester, NY 14614. Business checks and cash are not permitted.
