Description

It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a percentage off contract for the purchase of assorted MODULAR COMFORT PARTS AND ACCESSORIES for the City of Rochester, Department of Environmental Services.

The City requests an hourly rate to do mechanical repairs primarily but not limited to MODULAR COMFORT SYSTEM equipment.

The primary user of this contract will be the Building Services Division. No other departments or division may utilize the contract without the authorization of the Building Services Division.
