SCOPE
It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for Pest Control Services for use by various City agencies on a regular and/or an on-call basis. Services will include extermination of rats, mice, roaches, bed bugs, bees, cluster flies and other insects or vermin endangering public health.
