PROJECT ESTIMATE: $580,088.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of improvements to Grand Avenue Playground, Gantt R-Center Playground, Carter Street R-Center Playground, and JR Wilson Playground. The inprovements include removal of existing fibar surfacing and existing edging, and installationof poured in place surfacing. The includes the installation of appropriate subgrade, and concrete curb surround as shown on plans. One (1) shade tree, and on (1) bench to be installed at Grand Avenue Playground. There are two (2) ADD Alternates for poured-in-place and tile surfacing options at Grand Ave. Playground.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains and Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements
