CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This project consists of restoring the low north roof for a 30 year warrantly, and repairs or restoration to other sections of existing roofing as specified in contract documents.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains and Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements.
