CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.
PROJECT SUMMARY: This project consists of the improvements to Linden Street / Oakland Street between Rockingham Street-Caroline Street and South Avenue-Mt. Vernon Street.
The scope of the work consists of the rehabilitation of the streets within the project limits, including: milling and resurfacing of Linden Street and Oakland Street, new stone curb, replacement of most concrete sidewalks, installation of ADA compliant accessible curb ramps, new driveway aprons, catch basin replacement and adjustments, manhole frame and cover replacements and adjustments, replacement of all lead, lead-lined and galvanized water services on Oakland Stree, some carriage walk removal and restoration of all disturbed areas.
