PROJECT ESTIMATE: $389,480

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of work consists of installing new sidewalk accessible ramps to be in compliance with the latest ADA guidelines; installation of new granite stone curbs and underdrain at street intersections along with associated pavement restorations, including catch basin frame and grate adjustments and replacements; water valve box or curb box adjustments; restoration of all disturbed lawn areas with topsoil and hydroseeding and signage relocations as necessary.
