PROJECT SUMMARY: The project will stabilize the existing structure through the implementation of element sp0ecific repairs to slow deteriouration until a permanent rails-to-trails conversion of the structure can occcur under a future design and construction contract.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents and Apprenticeship Training Requirements
