PROJECT ESTIMATE: $4,480,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE:  This project will proceed under three (3) Lump Sum Contracts as follows:
General Construction - Estimate: $4,200,000.00
Plumbing - Estimate: $100,000.00
Electrical - Estimate: $180,000.00

PROJECT SUMMARY: This project consists of improvements to the north terrace and east sidewalk along 100 Broad Street and 115 South Avenue adjacent to the Rundel Library.Work items include, but are not limited to, demolition and reconstruction of the structural framing, slabs and foundations underneath the Rundel Livrary's north terrace and east sidewalk, and infill of a protion of the areaway under the east sidewalk. Reconstructiong the north terrace and east sidewalk, creating an updated north terrace, an ADA accessible river theater and seating overlookig the Genesee River, terrace planters, landscaping, seating, lighting, and public art.

Sealed Bids are to be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Room 105-A, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the closing date and time, after which all bids properly received will be opened, read and recorded.
