Description

The Rochester (NY) Joint Schools Construction Board (“RJSCB”) is seeking a qualified firm to serve as Independent Compliance Officer (ICO), to ensure that Phase 3 of the Rochester Schools Modernization Program (“RSMP”) complies with regulatory and legal requirements and policies, especially diversity goals. The ICO shall identify risks and establish the necessary controls and network within the Phase 3 Program to monitor compliance with directives as set forth in the Program Diversity Plan. Phase 3 can include up to 12 school renovation projects, for a total cost of $475 million.
