PROJECT ESTIMATE: $1,413,560.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The project consists of the improvements to South Avenue between Bellevue Drive and Griffith Street and Monroe Avenue between I-490 and South Union Street.
The scope of the work consists of milling and resurfacing these two street segments.
The work will also include repairing the existing pavement base, adjustments of water valves, resetting or installing new granite to repair existing curbs along with sidewalk replacement where disturbed by curb repairs, installation of truncated domes at the handicap ramps, and the installation of pavement markings as indicated within this Contract or ordered by the Project Manager.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents
This Contract Contains Apprenticeship Training Requirements for Bids that Exceed $250,000.00
