Description

It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a contract for Sprinkler Maintenance Services as well as Halon Inspection & Testing. This contract shall consist, in general, of providing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies for such services required in various buildings owned, rented, leased or otherwise controlled by the City of Rochester.

It is anticipated that inspections shall be scheduled four (4) times a years for sprinklers per location.

Halon Inspections shall be scheduled twice a year per location.

Sealed Bids and Bid Deposits must be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall Room 105A, Rochester, NY 14614, prior to the closing date and time, after which all bids properly received will be opened, read and recorded via Zoom you may join the meeting in real time. Electronic bids submitted through BidNet will not be accepted.
