ROJECT ESTIMATE: $7,360,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: This Project consists of the improvements to STATE STREET RECONSTRUCTION, between Basin treet to the Inner Loop.
The scope of the work consists of the full depth reconstruction of a portion of Exchange Boulevard
and State Street between Basin Street and the Inner Loop. This includes water main, drainage
structures, curb, pavement, sidewalk, signals, lighting, signing, marking, landscaping and
other streetscape enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS: This is a Locally Administered Federal Aid Project and contains Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Utilization Goals.

Sealed Proposals endorsed with the name of the Bidder and stating the Bidder’s address must be received by the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall Room 105-A, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the Bid opening. The Bid opening is scheduled at 2:00 PM local time on Friday 11/12/2021, in a videoconference format at which time all Bids will be opened, read and recorded.
