Description

The City of Rochester through it's Bureau of Architecture and Engineering is seeking proposals from qualified Consultant(s) to field verify existing Street Lighting infrastructure location and build a Geographic Information System (GIS) for the City's Street Lighting division, allowing the division to better manage its assets and perform utility stake-outs.

The current project budget is $230,000 inclusive of inspection work, mapping, incidentals, and contingencies.

All communications by parties who have indicated an intent to submit or have submitted a proposal in respone to this RFP ("Respondents"), including any questions or requests for clarification, submission of the proposal, requests for status updates about the proposal selection process and any other inquireies whatsoever concerning this RFP shall be sent, in writing, to the following City staff person(s).
