This project includes new MWBE and workforce goals (refence sections slr19 & slr20) and conists of the improvements to South Avenue and Elmwwod Avenue 131-K arterial reconstruction between Mt. Hope Ave to South Ave and Elmwwod Ave to Belllevue Drive. The scope of work consists of, the full depth reconstruction of South Ave to Elmwwod Ave to Bellvue Dr and the full depth reconstruction of Elmwwod Ave from Mt. Hoep Ave to South Ave, this includes water main drainage structres curbs pavements sidewalks signals lightning signing marking landscaping and other street scape enhancements.

Sealed Proposals endorsed with the name of the Bidder and stating the Bidder’s address must be received by the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall Room 105-A, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614 prior to the Bid opening. The Bid opening is scheduled at 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday12/14/2021, in a videoconference format at which time all Bids will be opened, read and recorded.
