Sealed Bids are to be submitted electronically through BidNet prior to the closing date and time. Alternatively, bids may be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Room 105A, Rochester, NY 14614, prior to the closing date and time, after which all bids properly received will be opened, read and recorded via Zoom. Only submit one bid – either electronically or in hard copy.

Bidders should not submit two bids. Submit a bid either in hard copy per ection 7.1 or electronically per Section 7.2. The City reserves the right                         to reject any and all bids if multiple bids are received from one bidder.
