PROJECT ESTIMATE: $367,685.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a LUMP SUM contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The project includes the removal of the existing play equipment, safety surfacing, pathways, and basketball court pavement, and the installation of new pre-teen and tot playsets with pored in place safety surfacing, asphalt pathways, full depth basketball court asphalt
pavement with color sealcoating and line striping. New furnishings include eight (8) benches,
two (2) trash receptacles, two (2) bike racks, eight (8) shade trees, and seven (7) evergreen
shrubs, and twelve (12) landscape boulders.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains NEW Minority and Woman Business (M/WBE) Enterprise Requirements and Workforce Goals
This Project is Funded by a Federal Community Development Block Grant and Certain Federal Requirement may apply
This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents and Apprenticeship Training Requirements
