iT IS THE INTENT OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER TO ESTABLISH A CONTRACT FOR VENDING SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED AT A NUMBER OF SITES AND IS TO INCLUDE THE VENDING OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE ITEMS, SNACKS, ETC.
