PROJECT ESTIMATE: $2,280,000.00

CONTRACT TYPE: This is a UNIT PRICE contract.

PROJECT SUMMARY: The scope of the work consists of pavement reconstruction, new granite curbs with underdrain, spot sidewalk replacement, curb ramp upgrades to meet ADA standards, new driveway aprons, pavement markings, tree removals and plantings and adjustment and/or repairs of manholes, catch basins, and water valves with concrete collars and the installation of new street lighting and fiber optic conduit. Including speed hump installation on Weaver Street from Remington Street to Hudson Avenue and on Weyl Street from Joseph Avenue to Hudson Avenue.

REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains and Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Training Requirements; and New MWBE and Workforce Goals Requirements
