The City of Rochester welcomes vendors to submit bids for all open bid solicitations listed below.  By submitting a bid, bidders understand and accept that the published bid documents, which include the specifications, terms and conditions, and applicable addenda, are the only official documents that govern the solicitation and resulting contract.  Bidders are urged to download and read the published bid documents.  Certain bids must be submitted in hard copy and received by the closing date and time by the Bureau of Purchasing at the address shown in the bid documents.  Other bids may be submitted electronically through Empire State Purchasing Group. The published bid documents provide a checklist of items that apply to each bid, and indicate whether or not a bid may be submitted electronically.  Questions about a specific bid may be directed to the buyer listed in the published bid documents.
