Kennedy Civic Arena: The City of Rome wil offer a pre-proposal meeting to interested bidders to describe the project and answer questions prior to the actual bids. The date for this meeting will be Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 1:30 PM at the J.F. Kennedy Civic Arena, 500 W Embargo St., Rome, NY. Directions to the facility are available by contacting the Recreation Department at 315-339-7656; contractors may tour the facility before or after the pre-bid meeting weekdays between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM.
