This project is located at 158 Black River Boulevard in the City of Rome. The project consist ofremoving and replacing the roof system on the Cental Fire Station building. The existing roof system was installed in the year 2000. The 2000 project removed all asbestos that was present from original construction. This project will install a new EPDM Roof system with a new tapered Polyisocyanurate rigid insulation layer. All work must be installed per maunfactures recommendations. The work must be scheduled to preserve the integrity of the building. The selected contractor must be aware of the use of the building and is to not impede the first responders ability to engress and ingress the building at any time.
