Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud 10:00 A.M., local time, the same day, December 23, 2010 in the Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, City Hall, Rome, New York
All proposals shall be made on forms furnished by the City and each proposal shall be delivered to the Rome City Clerk, 1st Floor, Rome City Hall, 198 N. Washington Street, Rome New York, 13440, in a sealed envelope clearly marked as follows:
PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS, PROJECT NAME/ADDRESS, RFP #, Bidder’s Name.
Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other contract documents for the following project may be secured from the Dept of Community and Economic Development, 3rd Floor, Rome City Hall.
Each project bid must include all elements listed.
PROJECT NAME: N. James St. RFP-2010-029 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Includes removal and installation of commercial grade windows, commercial grade doors, and fiber cement trim.
