Description

The City of Rome, NY (City) is seeking a contractor to design and construct a permanent rectangular shape tension membrane covered truss type building. The structure shall meet or exceed the performance criteria of this specification.

The City requires a replacement cover for the entire main structure. The City further requires a replacement fabric end wall (1) and structural steel framing for same end wall. These two items are for an existing 70-wide x 120-long Coverall brand fabric structure. Contractor must provide evidence that the materials meet the specification within and that those materials are supplied from a qualified manufacturer meeting the qualifications cited within this specification.
