RFP-2006-008 - Gore Road Water Main Extension

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rome, Oneida County, New York will receive sealed bids for the construction of water system improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore prepared by Dodson & Associate, PLLC, Consulting Engineers. 

The work of Gore Road Water Main Extension, is generally described as follows: construction of approximately 3,200 feet of 12-inch diameter ductile iron water main along NYS Route 69 and approximately 5,700 feet of 10-inch diameter ductile iron water main along Gore Road; including road and stream crossings, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, sampling tap, water services to the property line and connection to existing water services, site restoration, and miscellaneous work.
