The purpose of the proposed project is to redevelop the James Street Parking Garage site for vehicle surface parking and other transportation modes. The project includes new curbing, lighting, sidewalks, pavements, signage, pedestrian crossing signalization, and green infrastructure practices including CU structural soils and tree plantings in accordance with the Contract Drawings. The completed project will provide a total of 196 vehicle parking spaces.
