RFB-2011-005 - OLD CITY HALL ROOFING RENOVATIONS

Summary of Specifications:
This project is located at the former Rome City Hall, 207 North James Street in the City of Rome, Oneida County, New York. The project encompasses the supply of materials and all labor to make renovations to the building’s roofing system. Specific tasks include the removal of copper siding from the building’s bell tower, installation of new copper siding, removal of existing and installation of new flashing at the bell tower/building roof joint, removal of all lining materials in the building’s perimeter gutters and replacement with new EPDM, repairs and caulking to metal coping over cornices, replacement of roofing tiles, replacement of an attic window, and caulking of roof-access doorways. 

A Pre-Bid Conference and site visit will be held at the project site, 207 North James Street, Rome, New York on May 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. local time. All bidders are encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference.
