Summary of Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK: Please be advised that the Department of Community and Economic Development will be accepting bids for the following repairs at two homes located in the City of Rome. Projects may be bid on individually, or collectively. All contractors need to have lead safe work certification prior to being awarded any bids.

1. H 1-09 Window replacement; Door replacement; Insulation and weatherizing; Painting; Electrical service installation and repairs; Bathroom repairs

2. H 2-09 Roof replacement; Chimney Repairs; Window replacement; Furnace/hot water heater repairs; Electrical service installation, rewiring, and repairs; Bathroom repairs; Lead paint film stabilization

Contractors who are registered with the City may pick up job descriptions, sample contract documentation, and property addresses at the Department of Community and Economic Development, 3rd Floor, Rome City Hall, 198 N.
