RFB-2013-014 - RFB-2013-014 OSWEGO ROAD BRIDGE BEARING & JOINT REPLACEMENT

BID NO. RFB-2013-014 OSWEGO ROAD BRIDGE BEARING AND JOINT REPLACEMENT NYSDOT BIN NO. 2206390 in the CITY OF ROME, ONEIDA COUNTY, NEW YORK 

The project is located at the Oswego Road Bridge crossing Fish Creek at the City of Rome/Town of Vienna border. The project encompasses the supply of materials and all labor to: • Replace ten slide bearings on the bridge abutments with new elastomeric bearings. • Replace two existing bridge joints, one on each end of the bridge. • Clean, prime and paint a portion of ten bridge girders. 

The Contractor shall provide all traffic control as required to complete the work. This shall include signage, flagman, traffic signals and all other traffic control measures as required. 

A Pre-Bid Conference and site visit will be held at the City of Rome City Hall, 198 North Washington Street, Rome, New York on May 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. local time. All bidders are encouraged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference. A site visit to the project location will follow the meeting held at City Hall.
