Summary of Specifications:
The work of this contract Williams Road Water Main Extension, is generally described as follows: installation of approximately 4,800 feet of 8-inch diameter Class 52 ductile iron water main on Williams Road, Fish hatchery Road, Elmer Hill Road, Bielby Road and Martin Street, including gate valves, fire hydrants, fittings, water services to the property line and connect to existing water services, new water service from existing water mains, pavement restoration, miscellaneous work and final cleanup and site restoration. This contract includes one alternate bid: Alternate 1 (ALT-1) is generally described as follows: directional drill approximately 4,800 feet of 8-inch DR-11 in lieu of ductile iron pipe.
