Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rome is administering and implementing the New York Main Street Program. The Program allows building and business owners to access funds which will assist in the rehabilitation and renovations of both commercial and residential spaces. Properties eligible to apply for such funding are within the 200 to 400 blocks of East Dominick Street. The Program is anticipated to begin in the summer of 2013 and expire by late 2014. On behalf of the prospective New York Main Street Program applicants, The City of Rome is looking to engage qualified general contractors to perform various rehabilitation and renovations within the Program target area.
