RFP-2007-014 - Re-Roofing Clubhouse at Franklyn's Field

Summary of Specifications:
1) Remove all old roofing from complete building and dispose of debris at a DEC-approved landfill. 2) Check integrity of sheathing. If it is determined that plywood is not in sound condition this should be communicated to the director of Parks & Recreation and updon his approval the plywood sheathing may be replaced. Bidder should list the square foot cost of this replacement, including both material and labor. 3) Install ice and water barrier on building eaves, under valleys and chimney. 4) Install ridge vent system along main building ridge. 5) Install ASP 16” standing seam metal roofing with accessories OR ABC imperial rib galvalume roofing OR equivalent. 6) Roofing to carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 20 years or more.
