Cards are 4 ¼ x 11”, black ink, two sides on assorted 110lb index colors
District 1 – 10,000   (Blue)
District 2 – 12,000   (Yellow)
District 3 – 11,000   (Green)
District 4 – 10,000   (Cherry)
District 5 -   9,000  (Salmon)
Quote should include set-up, proofs, printing, bindery & delivery.
Upon completing final draft, all digital proofs will be submitted for a final review of spelling and holiday/collection dates before printing begins. We will also require the native file for the artwork as well the highest resolution .pdf possible.

TERM OF CONTRACT
Prices shall remain firm for a period of one year from contract signing, with an option for renewal, under the same terms and conditions at the existing awarded unit prices with concurrence of the City of Schenectady and the contractor for two additional one-year periods. The subsequent renewal term will begin at the conclusion of the first year period and so on for each successive year.
