NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
NOTICE is hereby given that sealed proposals for “NORTH FERRY STREET PUMP STATION REPLACEMENT – ENGINEERING SERVICES” will be received by the Director of Water & Wastewater of the City of Schenectady at the office of the Water Department, Room #206, City Hall, Jay Street, Schenectady, New York where they will be accepted. Proposals will be received until 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on November 18, 2013. The Proposals will be evaluated by the City of Schenectady. A proposal which is not submitted in a timely manner will not be considered.
Each proposal must be submitted as outlined in the Request for Proposal and sealed in envelopes endorsed on the outside with a description of the work for which the proposal is being made. The Request for Proposal may be examined in the office of the Department of Water, Room #206, City Hall, 105 Jay Street, Schenectady, N.Y., 12305, and obtained therefrom or they can be mailed by parcel post for an additional non-refundable postage-and-handling charge of $15.00. A check for that amount shall be made out to the City of Schenectady and mailed to the Water Department at the above address as much in advance of the Proposal Receipt date as possible.
