WATER SOURCE AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT PROTECTION PROJECT Schenectady, New York Sealed bids will be received by The City of Schenectady at: 105 Jay Street, City Clerk, Room 107, Schenectady, NY 12305 until 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 16th, 2014, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The work site is located at the City’s Water Treatment Plant, 20 Rice Road, Rotterdam, New York 12305. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to: Construction of an earthen berm around the City of Schenectady’s water treatment plant/well supply, including removable flood gate and miscellaneous site improvements.
